What do the symbols T and TH TH / T average gas valve? Or if you are at a Honeywell?

E = thermostat, r = transformer, or you need a voltmeter, ohm correct valve problems or na-ohmmeter to the terminals through the valve when the valve spool is hard to read 0 ohm resistance triggered

TH is the hot leg of the thermostat (TH) to open the gas valve to the valve.
TH / TR is a fusion of the warm side of the transformer (TR) 24 volts on the warm side of the terminal R on the thermostat (TH). Therefore, TH / TR.
TR is 24 volts on the common side of the transformer.

See Figure 9 on page 8 of this PDF.

To check the voltage of the gate valves, control between TH and TR.

If the gas valve has two son, th go / TR is the com 24v, and TR is a bridge or inside a wire, it would be, is the other side .. 24V need a meter to check the 24v gas valve. This is a pilot project stand? If you use the Paste button valve voltage for some time .. Good luck ..
