Are there loans or grant money to assist first time home buyers in rehabbing a "fixer"? - california first time home buyer grants

We are the first time its own house in California (East Bay Area) and we just had our offer accepted on a "mediator of light" ... I wonder whether programs receiving financial assistance is granted (subsidies or other) to assist in the rehabilitation of a property.
